// Operating Standards

Safety first.
Always.

Parents entrust us with their players' development — that trust is earned through rigorous standards, not promises. Every control below is in place, documented and regularly reviewed, so you can book with complete confidence.

// Minimum Operating Controls

Certified, insured
and accountable.

These are not aspirations — they are the baseline. Every coach, every venue, every session meets these standards before a ball is kicked.

Every coach

Enhanced DBS Checks

All coaches hold an Enhanced DBS certificate for working with children. Renewed on a three-year cycle, with the update service checked before every block of sessions.

FA certified

Safeguarding Children Qualification

Every coach is certified in the FA Safeguarding Children course, refreshed every two years to stay current with best practice and legislation.

FA certified

First Aid in Football

All coaches hold the FA Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) qualification, ensuring immediate, competent response to any medical situation on the pitch.

£5m cover

Public Liability Insurance

Comprehensive public liability insurance is maintained at all times, covering coaching activities at every venue we operate from.

Fully covered

Coaching Liability Insurance

Professional indemnity and coaching liability insurance held alongside public liability, giving parents and players full protection during every session.

Per venue

Written Risk Assessments

Each venue has a documented risk assessment covering pitch conditions, equipment, weather protocols and safeguarding — reviewed annually and after any incident.

// Venue & Session Controls

Every session,
accounted for.

From the first intake form to the final whistle, every player is registered, consents are captured, and any incident — however minor — is logged and communicated.

Emergency Action Plan

Every venue has a site-specific emergency action plan with the nearest hospital, assembly points, and emergency contact details — accessible to all coaches on-site.

Parent Consent & Medical

Parental consent, medical conditions and emergency contacts are captured for every player at intake — reviewed before the first session and updated as needed.

Photo & Video Consent

Photo and video consent is captured separately at intake. No imagery is taken or used without explicit opt-in from the parent or guardian.

Attendance Register

A digital attendance register is maintained for every session, recording who was present, arrival times and any notes — providing a clear audit trail.

Incident & Injury Log

Any incident, however minor, is logged with a full description, action taken and parent notification record. Serious incidents are reviewed and followed up.

Privacy & Data Handling

Player data is stored securely, used only for coaching purposes, and never shared with third parties. Parents can request access or deletion at any time.

// Privacy & Data Handling

Your data, handled with care.

What we collect

Player name, date of birth, contact details, medical conditions, emergency contacts and development notes — only what is needed to coach safely and track progress. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we never store card details.

How we use it

Exclusively for delivering coaching sessions, managing bookings, communicating with parents, and tracking player development. Photo and video are only captured with explicit, separate consent — used for coaching analysis and never shared externally without permission.
