Train hard. Get rewarded.
Loyalty at AR Football Development goes both ways. Refer new players and unlock perks as you progress through your development journey.
The Referral Program
Every player gets a personal referral code and link from their portal — send it to a teammate, friend or family member.
Your code is applied automatically when they book through your link, so the referral is tracked from the very first session.
Once their first booking is complete, £10 credit lands on your account — automatically applied to your next booking.
Member Perks
Earn credit for every new player you bring into the club — there's no limit on how many teammates you can refer.
Loyal members celebrate real development milestones with personalised certificates marking their progression.
Earn badges as you hit coaching targets across technical, tactical, physical and mental development.
Regular progress reviews and development packs are shared straight to your player portal as you train with us.
Grab your referral code from your portal and share it with your next star player.
